Coach Chuck Pagano believes that wide receiver Austin Collie will be ready to play week one. Collie is only a week removed from receiving his latest concussion, yet the team is optimistic that he will be ready for game action. Collie still must pass all of his concussion tests prior to playing, but team doctors are fully anticipating him being medically cleared by game time. This will only help Andrew Luck in his first regular season game. Collie, one of Luck’s favorite receivers in their first preseason game, will provide a solid receiving option for Luck. If Collie can remain healthy and avoid further concussions, him and Luck could for a terrific duo for the Colts this season.
